  • Periodized Training program - where every training variable is highly considered in order to provide you with the results that you are seeking
  • Cardio recommendations - cardio is properly programmed into your training program, not the other way around. We believe in getting you in shape with the least amount of cardio possible
  • Nutrition recommendations - Complete with foods list, supplementation recommendations, and an explanation of your nutrition plan

With any of these packages below, I will provide you with a detailed training plan to complete with me and on your own, FREE access to all Bootcamp classes during the month, a meal plan complete with calorie goals, supplement recommendations, weekly updates with me, accountability, support, and access to me 24/7.

 

IN PERSON TRAINING RATES: based on 60-min training sessions

**NOTE: this package to train with me in person is contingent on if our schedules match up to train one-on-one**
 

$40 a session to meet one time a week ($160/month) 

$75 a week to meet twice a week ($300/month)

$100 a week to meet three times a week ($400/month)
