Jilly Hawkins Bootcamp offers women and men around the Braselton area an affordable, convenient, 30-minute workout to help with fat loss and endurance.
Jilly Hawkins specializes in providing exercises that are a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and strength training to help your body burn fat and build muscle.
You can expect every class to be high energy,
motivating, uplifting, challenging, fun,
and most important, supportive.
Every workout can be modified to fit
your individual needs and goals.
This group setting will not only motivate you
but will also help keep you accountable.

Here's what to expect at your first day of camp
-Arrive 5 minutes early
-Bring/wear athletic shoes
-Bring a water bottle
-Let your trainer know about any injuries or concerns
-Sign a waiver
-Watch your trainer during the demo of exercises
-Don't be afraid to ask for help along the way
-Relax and breathe!
